Background
When I joined Citi, the company was undergoing a major digital transformation. The COVID-19 pandemic had rapidly accelerated the shift to online banking, prompting Citi—one of the world’s largest and most established legacy banks—to close many of its physical branches and double down on digital infrastructure. This marked a pivotal moment as the bank prepared to embrace the future of cyber finance on a global scale. My role was to transform the post-login experience, redesigning the look and feel to better serve our users in this new digital era.

Featured offer
This page highlighted Citi’s commitment to empowering users with accessible financial tools. It featured offerings such as Citi High-Yield Savings, Featured Checking accounts, and Wealth Management tools, all designed to help users better manage and grow their finances.
Security Center
This project focused on creating a centralized hub where users could easily manage their account security. It included features like login activity monitoring, security alerts, two-factor authentication setup, and personalized security recommendations to help protect users' financial information.
Beneficial Ownership SOW
This project aimed to streamline the login and verification experience for users providing source of wealth information. We focused on making the process clear, secure, and user-friendly to meet regulatory requirements while minimizing friction for customers.
Results and Impact
Through these initiatives, we significantly enhanced Citi’s digital banking experience by improving user engagement, strengthening account security, simplifying regulatory compliance processes, and creating a scalable, standardized design system. Together, these projects helped increase customer trust, drive adoption of key financial products, and streamline development efforts across Citi’s digital platforms.
